    1、 PP filter element

    3、 Folding Microporous Filter

    The folding microporous filter element is a precision filtering device made of polypropylene (Polypropylene) hot spray fiber membrane, nylon (Nylonb) polytetrafluoroethylene (PTEE) microporous filter membrane, and other filtering media. It has the advantages of small volume, large filtering area, and high accuracy. The filtering accuracy range can be from 0.1 μ M to 60 μ M. The sealing of the filter end cover and the overall structural connection are all made by hot melt bonding. There are three international types of filter element connectors: 222 connector, 226 connector, and flat mouth. The products undergo strict and complete testing before leaving the factory to ensure stable performance.

    4、 Activated carbon filter element

    There are two main categories of activated carbon filter products: compressed activated carbon filter and bulk activated carbon filter.

    1. The compressed activated carbon filter adopts high adsorption value coal based activated carbon and coconut shell activated carbon as filter materials, and is sintered and compressed with food grade adhesive. The compressed activated carbon filter element is wrapped with a layer of non-woven fabric with filtering function inside and outside, ensuring that the carbon core itself will not drop carbon powder. The two ends of the carbon core are equipped with soft nitrile rubber sealing pads, which make the carbon core fit into the filter cartridge with good sealing performance.

    2. The loose type activated carbon filter element loads the required activated carbon particles into a specially designed plastic shell, and uses welding equipment to weld the end caps to the two end faces of the shell. Non woven fabric filters for filtering are placed at both ends of the shell to ensure that the carbon core does not drop carbon powder and black water during use. According to customer needs, the shell end cover can be made into different types of connection ports. At present, the ceramic filter element with the highest filtration accuracy internationally is the dual control membrane ceramic filter element, with an average pore size of 0.1 μ M. The water filtered by this filter does not need to be boiled and can be consumed, fully meeting the national standard for direct drinking water.

    7、 Resin filter cartridge

    Resin is a porous and insoluble exchange material. The resin filter element in the water softener contains millions of tiny plastic balls (beads), all of which contain many negative charge exchange sites that absorb positive ions. When the resin is in a new state, these charge exchange positions are occupied by positively charged sodium ions. When calcium and magnesium pass through the resin storage tank, they come into contact with resin beads and replace sodium ions from the exchange position. Resin preferentially combines cations with strong charges, and calcium and magnesium ions have stronger charges than sodium ions. Replacing sodium cations and then flowing downwards through the resin bed, the water softener sends out soft water. Finally, all resin exchange positions are occupied by calcium and magnesium, and can no longer function.

    8、 Titanium rod filter element

    The titanium rod filter has excellent performance such as corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high strength, easy to ensure filtration accuracy, and easy regeneration; The titanium filter element is formed from titanium powder and sintered at high temperature, so the surface particles are not easy to fall off; The operating temperature in the air can reach 500-600 ; Suitable for filtering various corrosive media, such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydroxide, seawater, aqua regia, and chloride solutions such as iron, copper, sodium, etc. It has excellent mechanical properties and can be machined for cutting, welding, and other purposes. It has high compressive strength and a maximum internal pressure failure strength of over 2MPa; Its filtering accuracy is easy to ensure, and even when working under high temperature and pressure, the aperture will not deform. Its porosity can reach 35-45%, the pore size distribution is uniform, the amount of pollutants absorbed is large, and the regeneration method is simple, which can be reused after regeneration.

    9、 RO reverse osmosis filter element
